These terms govern your use of the Eukairox website and our AI automation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Eukairox provides custom AI automation solutions, including workflow automation, AI agent development, voice AI, data pipeline automation, and related consulting services. All services are scoped during a discovery call and documented in a project agreement before work begins.

Project Agreements

Each engagement is governed by a project agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost, and will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is as listed on our website or as agreed in your project proposal
• Payment terms are specified in your project agreement
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If we cannot deliver a measurable improvement as outlined in your project agreement, we will make it right or refund your investment. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project delivery.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own all custom automation workflows, agents, and integrations built specifically for your project
• We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques across projects
• Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner

Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Data Handling

We follow Zero-Trust security principles and DevSecOps best practices when handling client data. All data processed during engagements is encrypted in transit and at rest. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Support

Every project includes a post-launch support window (30 to 60 days depending on your package). Additional ongoing support is available through our monthly optimization plan. Support covers bug fixes, adjustments, and monitoring. It does not cover new feature development or scope changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eukairox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If you terminate before project completion, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date. We will provide all deliverables completed up to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
