How fast can an AI employee start work?
48 hours for a single AI employee. Six days for the full AI operations team. We train it on your services, calendar, tools, and local rules before it takes its first shift. No IT project, no rewiring, no downtime.
How does the 3x ROI guarantee actually work?
On the discovery call we agree in writing on the metrics we will move. Recovered call revenue, booked jobs, labor hours saved, no-show reduction, whatever fits your business. If, after 90 days, the tracked lift is less than 3x the monthly lease, we work free until it is. This is in the contract, not a marketing line.
Do I need to be technical to run this?
No. The point of leasing an AI employee is that you supervise, not operate. You get a dashboard, weekly numbers, and a human on our side who handles every technical thing. You focus on customers, patients, clients, and the bottom line.
What if my tools are old or paper-based?
